SURPRISEsilk.com's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed. We will replace any product that is not 100% to your satisfaction. We will give merchandise credit in case of product defect. If that can not meet your satisfaction, we will give cash credit for the cost of merchandise. Shipping and handling charge is not refundable. The buyer will pay the return shipping charge and seller will pay re-shipping charge.
